Send to us the following:

  1. Most Recent Up to Date Declarations Page
  2. Your Claim Number
  3. Photographs – from all four corners of the room depicting the damages. Make sure to take each photograph pointing inwards from the floor up to the ceiling on every wall. Including adjoining rooms throughout that level of the home. We need this information for our floor plan sketch.
  4. Measurements to the inch on every room damaged in addition to adjoining rooms and deduct all window openings and door openings in that room.
  5. If Exterior Damage is at issue, then you will need to order an Eagle View, or a Core Logic Sky Measure report for the roof, and siding if applicable. You will then email us that report.
  6. If we need anything else we will inform you at that time.
  7. DISCLAIMER NOTICE: The estimate will be based on what you send to us. We cannot or will not create valuations based on guessing or make-believe scenarios. You must sign off on each estimate that we create stating that this is a true an accurate reflection of what you submitted to us. You get one FREE Revision to that estimate after your review. If additional revisions are needed then you will be charged on the time necessary to make the revisions. To get started on the estimating process an initial credit charge of $165.00 will be applied until we review your specific case. After reviewing the specifics only then can we give you an exact estimating charge. The $165.00 initial payment will be applied towards the total time and charges applied. If you are a member then you will get a discounted price as a benefit of your membership.
