All we need to get started is the following information:
Insurance company name, policy number and policy type (if possible)
Your name, address, and all contact information.
The claim number (if you have one already established)
Date of Loss…the date the damage occurred or when you first noticed it.
What was the cause of the damage? (Fire, wind, flood, theft, water, etc.)
Areas of damage (Exterior, interior, personal property and etc.)
Digital photographs depicting the direct physical damage.
Digital photographs depicting all surrounding areas.

We will contact you before entering the requested information making sure we have accounted for everything to create your specific estimate. At this time, we will also discuss how long it will take in order to create your estimate. Once the estimate is complete we will email it directly to you for your review…it’s that easy!!!

How does it work?

Each day from 9am-5pm EST, our estimating team generates detailed, accurate estimates for homeowner’s nationwide. Our estimating services works in terms of units. 1 unit = 30 minutes. You can purchase each unit for $199.00 or you can purchase a bundle of units at a cheaper price per unit.

As you can see below, when you purchase a bundle of units, the price per unit decreases by $34 (17%) and you save money.

Important Information:
Creating estimates varies in time. Some take MUCH longer than others. If you have a total loss, it it unrealistic to think that we can generate an accurate estimate in 30 minutes. We cannot guarantee that we will have your estimate created with one (1) single unit. In some cases, additional units are required.
With that being said, we will NOT purposely delay or stall when creating your estimate. We will contact you and discuss the magnitude of your property damage as well as the option of purchasing additional units.

What You Need To Do:

When you purchase this service, we will send you an email. That email will contain three (3) links. The first link will take you to a web form regarding basic information (insurance company, policy type, best available appointment time, etc.). The second link will capture information regarding interior damage. The third link will capture information regarding exterior damage.

Once the web forms are submitted, we will contact you to:

  1. Confirm information is correct
  2. Begin creating your estimate
