About our CEO

Rick Kinney founded PCT in 2003 and worked extensively in the construction industry. He has has a Paralegal degree which gives him an inside perspective and advantage when negotiating property damage insurance claims.  His experience in the construction industry and as a business owner prove to be powerful tool in his arsenal for maximizing property damage for his clients.

Due to his extensive experience, Rick is called by leading attorneys as an expert witness for insurance claim related court cases. He is a devoted family man and understands how important it is to maximize your property damage insurance claim settlement by making sure you have a enough money to complete the needed repairs.

For over 22 years, public adjuster Rick Kinney has earned his reputation for leading business owners and families through the process of property claim preparation and presentation. Why we were founded

As a licensed public adjuster in Pennsylvania, Rick is legally able to represent homeowners on their behalf to file insurance claims. However, Rick did not want to be restricted by state boundries. In an attempt to help homeowners nationwide, Rick has create PCT. By offering our online services, we are able to successfully guide homeowners through the insurance claim process all around the country.
